Cancellation Policy At Aura Verde, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that plans can change; however, I kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 20% of the total service amount. No-shows will also be charged 20% of the total service amount.
